How Can We Help?
WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept most major insurances including: Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, Highmark of Western New York, Independent Health, Universe and MVP Healthcare. We also accept self-pay if we are not in network with your insurance. If you want to know if we are in network with your plan, please call our office at 585-219-4118 for more information.
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
In New York State, you are not required to get a doctor's referral for chiropractic care, however if you do have one, that is great as well!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
If we accept your insurance, you will be responsible for your copay or deductible, however we have self-pay rates for those who are not in network with us. A new patient exam is $100 and any subsequent visits are $50.

HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT BE?
We set aside 60 minutes for all new patient exams and adjustments to go over your history and come up with a treatment plan tailored to you. For all subsequent visits, we have set aside 30 minutes for treatment.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
When you arrive to our office, you will be asked to fill out our new patient paperwork if you have not already printed and done it ahead of time (you can find new patient paperwork here). Once in the treatment room, your doctor will go over your history of your condition and ask any pertinent questions from your intake paperwork. A full examination will be done and if no additional imaging or testing is required, an initial chiropractic adjustment will be performed.
